Digital Media Impacts Kids and Videos About Low Budget

I was really impressed at how people can make such interesting videos at such low budget. It's so creative to create illusions with just black and white paper. Or to create a video where a guy has to move so slowly so when they play it fast it looks like he is moving normally and everyone around him is moving quickly. I thought it was also really creative to make a music video and play it backwards but still be saying the lyrics to the song. I really like watching how things played out and what happened that created the outcome that you first see.

It doesn't surprise me that digital media has such a large impact on kids. Kids are exposed to so much digital media through out their day that it's nearly impossible for them to not be influenced them in some sort of way. It's because of the image portrayed in social media that kids have body image issues throughout their lives. It's disturbing thinking about how young children are learning that body image is so important and if their body is what our society thinks "looks good." I think that seeing boys have body image issues is not addressed enough. They are increasingly having more body image issues as are girls. It truly is up to the parents to teach their kids that is a normal body image and be content with our own so that our children won't have a bad body image of themselves.
