I about died because I thought it was a joke
The rest of the instructions were just as condescending though. 
Ok I get it. We're at a point in our life where we don't think clearly, there is the stereotype of the crazy partying college students. But that is surely not all of us. We can think. We can make good decisions.
Most of this was common sense, stuff I was taught in middle school and then was reinforced in my communique with teachers in high school. But really, it should just be common sense - online presence shouldn't be different than offline. People get  caught up in the supposed anonymity (which can happen depending on the site and how you work it, but that is just a lair for trolls mostly) that they think they can do whatever they want. Well, you can, but it might affect your 'irl' relationships, or potential employers decisions. So you know, just think about it I guess.
